Best place to mount passenger Powerlet on ST1100?

Hi, Looking for some help on where to install a passenger Powerlet (or similar) outlet for heated vests. I'm getting tired of using my SAE battery tender outlets for my and my passenger's heated vests. Don't like the dangling cords or taking the seat off to stow the cords.

I see Powerlet has a ST1100 Left Side Panel Kit which looks great for the driver, but where would you recommend installing an outlet for the passenger?

Mine is on the left side, just behind the key lock for the seat. I also found space there for the switch for my passenger's heated seat.
