I took my 03 ST to Ross for the last of the 3 recalls. It was by appointment since I had to ride 55 mi to get there. They were waiting for me, paperwork in hand and a technician waiting to perform the work. I was in at 09:45 out at 14:15 with my bike cleaned and polished, ready to ride. Superb service, very nice personal service, good supply of coffee and one of my favourites: popcorn.... They had an 05 "Demo" with about 600 mi on it on the floor. Very nice dealership experience for me.
