Oh stop picking on poor old Milford PA!!. I used to live across the street from that sign. I was a working at Delaware Water Gap NRA at the time. Rt. 209 runs through it south of Milford.

Don’t laugh, I would not put it past the out of state hunters to do it and think they were shooting a deer. Not to just get rid of his deer wife! One year we had a guy shoot a black and white calf that was in the woods, thought it was a deer. Another guy shot another hunter that was dressed in tan carhartt coveralls and had a pair of white gloves in his back pocket. The guy was bent over going through some brush and you could not see his hunter orange at the time he was shot, so the guy who shot him said. I could go on and on about the nuts I ran into while checking hunters during season.
This cemetery is on the outside edge of town but in city limits. It is on a hillside-overlooking town and has a legal hunting area around it. As soon as you step into the cut grass of the cemetery from the woods, you are in town. A lot of deer are in the cemetery to eat the grass. No hunting in town, thus the posting of no hunting. Just to add the answer to the trivia question!
Of course living across the street snowmoer could do a little bow hunting without disturbing the clientele...
