Includes free WiFI (with a STRONG signal anywhere in the park,) clean showers (plenty of hot water,) spotless restrooms, free breakfast, free coffee in the morning, laundry room.

They also serve home cooked meals until 9:00 PM! :bow1: You can eat in their small restaurant or, get something to take back to your picnic table.

They have a cooler stocked with cold sodas, juices & water. BBQ grills & picnic tables.

It's an RV park but, they will find you a quiet spot in the trees for your tent. Even allowed me to plug in my lap-top and scala to recharge it overnight at the connection for RV shore cords.

Family owned & operated. VERY clean and quiet.

It was!

The ability to have a shower, get a home cooked meal for the night by only walking less than 100 feet was appreciated.

Then, sit at my picnic table and have a very strong WiFi signal while I enjoyed a quiet meal was icing on the cake!

You pitch your tent on smooth, flat grass. Tent stakes went in like a hot knife through butter.

2 Gas stations just a mile down the road. Coming and/or going. One on 93, the other on 20/26.

Arco sits at the intersection of 93 & 20/26. Small, quiet little town.

Stayed at a (possibly the) motel in town a couple years ago. Did you notice the conning tower with the number 666 painted on it? Lots of nuclear stuff went on in the area way back. They used to make fuel rods for submarines nearby. Arco was the first town to use electricity from an atomic reactor.

I'll second Milehigh's recommendation. We crossed paths here and said "hello". Was good to met up in the middle of no place. Him on his ST and me with my GF in the car. He only forgot that a free b-fast comes with the fee... two hotcakes (plate size) and 2 eggs anystyle.

Very nice staff and even a local friendly cat that comes by and says hello. The site he had was VERY well wind protected. I had the tent site next to the Laundry/bath/showers under two willows... fair wind protection. All the others are out off the street and in the open. Some wind protection.

FYI, They were very helpful and generous during the Donald Masters search so I would have to recommend them as well even though I only talked to them via phone.

That sounds like my kind of campground. If I ever get up that far, I hope I remember the place. Those are a rare find.

For those that might want a motel...
I am in Arco right now standing at the DK Motel. Descent enough for a quick sleep, and the price is good enough...$45. It's aged, but is clean and has wi-fi.
