TLC For the 2610 & similar units

I am getting used to the touchscreen method. How do we clean the screen? Is there a plastic thing we can use (Like in Digital Cameras screens) to cover it and make it last longer.? Garmin is a wonderful Company IMHO...They have terrific customer service and products.

I have a cover over mine....works awesome.....clean with rubbing alcohol. Send a PM to Tim4255 and ask him where he got the cover, as I bought his 2610.

I've had my 2610 for a couple of years now. I clean it, every once in a while, either when I wash the bike (with plain old car wash stuff), or with eyeglass cleaner from Wal-Mart. Never used a screen protector.

It's still in fine condition. Garmin does things right.
