New oil filter cap wrench thingy???

I saw recently (and I have no idea where) a filter wrench cap which I thought was for the ST and it had a bolt welded on the end of it. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about.

Any auto parts store sells filter cap wrenches. Bring a sample filter to test fit. Just make sure the cap wrench is made of steel. Should cost about $5.00.
