Hello to all,
My name is Jason, and I live in York, PA...Otherwise known as Harleyville(I live 2 miles from the plant)...
I have been lurking around here for a while, doing some research on the ST, and just attempting to get a feel for some of the people on this board...
I currently am waiting on an '06...It's supposed to be to the dealer in April...At the moment, I have an '05 Yamaha FZ6, which was my first bike...I just started riding last year after taking the MSFBRC, and jumped in head-first to the whole riding thing...
I did @9000 miles last year in all types of conditions(hot, cold, wet, dry, night, day, windy, one-up, two-up, et. al.) and never looked back from there...I hate cars now!
Well, my wife and I(mainly my wife) decided that we had had enough of the FZ6, so here I am...powerless to stop the inevitable....
God, I hate waiting!

Welcome to the site. I'm sure you'll love the ST and you'll put even more than 9000 miles on this year!

Hi Jason welcome to the site from another Newbie. You cannot go wrong with the ST. I'm getting my third! Hey I'm curious has Father Ted made it to the States?:D

Welcome to the Miles of Smiles Club, Jason. Of course, you must do the obligatory photos when you get your bike so we can "oohhhh" and "aahhhh" over it and proclaim it the slowest model. :D

Welcome, Jason. You'll find all types here...young, old, mainly middle-aged, but all avid for their STs.

By the way, I get to your neck of the woods occasionally. My wife is from Hanover and sister-in-law lives in York. I get over there every Thanksgiving (have to, you know...grin!!!).

Good luck with the new wheels...April is almost here!

I have all three seasons on DVD...ordered them from BBCAmerica.com...
I have heard the rumor that they are going to attempt a recreate over here, something similar to what they tried with Red Dwarf(one of my other favorites)...I believe that Steve Martin's name was mentioned, but I am not sure of that...

Man, I wish I could live in Hanover!
I was born and raised in the York/Hanover area, and I have always loved that little town...Plus it gives me access to one of my favorite places on the planet(so far)...Gettysburg.
April may almost be here, but it's still driving me fecking nuts, anyway...
