ST/SV

Was riding on FM 3278 around 5:45pm today, which is the road on the south end of Lake Livingston dam, here in Texas. I see 2 bikes headed towards me, which is not uncommon because the cruisers are always on this road, when low and behold it was 2 silver :03biker: ST's. Looked like the first bike had a pillion and the second was by himself. They gave the ole biker wave and were gone. I circled back hoping they may have pulled into the little marina store for a pit stop, but they didn't. Was it one of our guys? I'm usually on my :04biker: when here but was on the SV today so they probably did not pay much attention to me.

Probably Fred and wife plus JR heading back from a RTE :)

Probably Fred and wife plus JR heading back from a RTE :)Very close - good guess. It was Laurent (Midlife) and my son and I. We had finished wrenching on my top box bracket and trying to isolate Laurent's brake problem and were heading home. :headbang:

Aye.... the Dam at Lake Livingston is about 15 or so miles south of where I live, Rob. Fred, his son, and Laurent had left here at about 5:30 headed home. I didn't know the route they'd take, but obviously, they took the more fun route of the multiple choices.

Yah, Rob. I just posted up a thread on 1300 tech about the situation with Midlife's brakes which is quite frankly one of those intermittant puzzlers.
