gotta tell you, Oregon is wicked polite! even little bumps, they put a sign up that says “bump”! Well, i wish they had capitalized the one i finally hit! there goes my phone, off the bike and under the wheel of a oncoming car. $350 and 2 1/2 hours in the phone store. ouch!
still on 101 and wonder if i can stay. on too long. everything is expensive and booked solid. gonna keep going as long as i can tho. its so beautiful!
the redhead is a teenager now! brought her home last year w 13,300 mi. just hit 40,000! im a bit sad about that. the bike has been so dependable and i love it.
the other day i saw the whales and was shocked at how close to shore they came. Yesterday it was seals just swimming around and having a nice day. pretty cool!

Yeah, I lost a 3-week-old Galaxy S10 that way, off a RAM X-clamp that had NEVER dropped a phone before.
Fell off whilst raining, took me 10 minutes to turn around and finally find it. Had bounced across 3 lanes of traffic, and been run over xx times, total loss.
I use an elastic band around the S21 in the X-clamp now; won't make THAT mistake again!

New phone and bike pump so far. Dont regret the $$ on the pump tho!

had to pull over for these shots! Reminds me of scotland when i was a kid! Listening to fiddle mandolin music here. Feels so appropriate for the view!

That's on me.

Bear in mind, there will be others with another option (or more) that's also popular; I just like the consistency of using the RAM balls and attachments.
