A brief rundown! Found a $50 motel last night and discovered it came w a free breakfast and next door they had $3 vodka grapefruits! Hmmmm. I imbibed and after every sip, the bartender was looking better and better! Woke up this morning at 8:00, which NEVER happens to me on tour, dragged my sorry ass in for breakfast and hit the road. Im sure it was the grapefruit juice that killed me! Spent a whole lot of time in the grasslands and it was beautiful! No gas for miles, but plenty of cell service. That just seems wrong to me!
Im in cheyanne wyoming and heading the slow way to pagosa springs in the morning. Looking for good ride suggestions.
my cheeks hurt again because i spent the day drinking water and smiling. A fine ride indeed!3C8208F6-7AF5-43DF-8CA5-74938EDDB08E.jpeg2F907897-2C9E-4917-91BF-B6A3EE8EEBBA.jpegEFFDA00B-D72B-4344-A42C-BA8850D0E823.jpeg

I have ridden Hwy 14 west out of Fort Collins all the way to US 40, you will not regret it if you do it. Scenic and fun to ride.

Arrived at the kids yesterday afternoon. Slept in a bed that was too good! Woke up in the middle of the night and saw the stars, which being from boston is a cherished thing to see.
the grands are waking up now and its a beautiful day. Pagosa is one of the most beautiful parts of rt160

we r on the san juan river, which is dotted all along with little sulphur springs i can soak in. The locals call them “ hippy springs”.

was up before the sun, drinking coffee and watching the stars go to bed. Disdnt ride yesterday and could not wait to go! Was off to durango as soon as the light was good. Saw turkeys, fox and what i think was an eagle. Way too big to b a hawk.
gonna hang with the kids today and catch a bit of live music tonight.
i almost cracked yesterday! My three year old, without any prompting, introduced me to her four year old friend as “pop-pop”! I guess i have a official name now! Its good to be with the tribe5BFBED85-B885-4C12-90F5-A893A78AE44D.jpeg9FC90591-92C6-46F9-979F-124C6812919B.jpegD602C977-6C70-4369-B029-68511919C83B.jpeg043820A6-039B-4B38-B5A2-4BF59D11CC90.jpeg again!
