Well…departure date has arrived! 0600 in the am has 70% showers and I’m going over the mountain so rain gear it is! Heading for Manzinita Campground in Oak Creek Canyon north of Sedona for tomorrows ride about 451mi. Rally Ho!

Ok day one done! 3:20 arrival at campground, warm today with headwind after Brawley. Campground 16$ is nice but dirt Stream nearby, 450+-mi gas high 4.70 low 4.50 both in
Day 6-10, COG Rally in Eureka arrived safe staying in a campground that has seen better days, not used to the bugs, humidity and snakes yikes! 4 ft black went in front of my chair!!! We are in a boggy low area and rain is expected tonight, todays ride was beautiful going thru eastern Oklahoma and the ozarks in Arkansas finally green stuff. Still contemplating the ride between Cog and BMW Nat thinking of cutting the visit to family out but not sure. I think I will have to some highway to make the UP circle to make it to NatSToc and arrive on the 23rd will see….
Not sure about that but he was talking about NatSToc.Is Uncle Larry going to make NewSToc ?

Day 9 put us Peru, Indiana at a great family owned RV park where the famous “Disc Golf” originated. Woke up to heavy due on the tents.
Day 10 had us north bound to Grand Rapids to get Greg new rubber on his RT1200 Dunlop Road 4’s with a $100 rebate.We headed up Hwy31 towards Traverse city fell short and are in a “CycleMore” campground famous for a museum of bikes.
