Joe,

Good idea now everyone can hear the difference all from one location.

Anyone out there got a sound bite with Two Brothers?

A consolation for the folks who have to put their bikes up for the winter and wish they could hear the sweet sound of thier beloved.

Thanks for the sound clips. I'm trying to decide between the Two Brothers and the Staintunes. The Staintunes without the restrictor has a little more snarl. The Two Brothers seems to be just louder. Thanks again.

At the risk of being jumped on and berated by those who have a different opinion that I (although that shouldn't be the case) the sound of the Two Brothers is awesome. Throaty, not obnoxious. Sounds awesome and, I believe, adds to the bike and the riding experience.

I bought a good set of used TB with the sound defuser, found they was still too loud for my taste. Started experimenting with some havy stainless wire mesh and made a spark arrestor to insert into the ends with the sound defuser and now I have the sound I was seeking. TB does sell a spark arrestor for their cans, don't know if this will work as well.

There's probably a bunch of guys not wanting to spend the extra $$ on Staintunes that might like to see what you did. Shoot some pics if you feel so inclined, I'm sure many would appreciate it.

Will try to show what I did without taking the defusers out, am planning to make another set when I get the time. Will take pictures for more detail.

I'd never thought about aftermarket pipes until I heard these clips. Nuts.

When I got back from my little trip, I left my bags inside and went for a ride without them,,,,
The Staintunes were a lot louder to me, without the panniers over them.
