I'm honestly thinking about doing it my tires are in at the shop and i should really go get them put on tomorrow but I'd rather be riding and what's another 500 miles of straightline roads. Just make them need changed worse next week. They are still holding air after all
Plus I have a new cooling vest that I need to try out.

No doubt will be making a few stops to do this very thing - no relief in sight from the heat.
I should be there.
Thanks for the RTE Roger. Gave me a place to ride to and see some good folks.
Left the OK crew in Ark City after showing them most every curve there is in Kansas (all 4).
Nice seeing everyone,
Roger, thanks for setting this up. It was good seeing people I hadn't seen in a while, and getting to meet a few new people.
Raymond - thanks for the KS curvy road tour & the stop at Henry's candy store.

Thanks for the free lunch Roger and thanks Mark and Ray for letting me tag along on the way home. Didn't know about Henry's Candy Store so was a nice stop. Probably a good thing it was too hot to take some home with me. My tires are definitely toast but luckily no cord is showing. Put another 550 miles on them so will get them changed out this week.
You guys had me a little worried about that "hidden curve" but I could tell the straight part was a gravel road a good ways before I got to it
I saw 107 and Mark said he saw 108 on the way home. Cooling vest helped some but probably should have stopped and soaked it a couple more times.
Good meeting the new guys and glad my FZ1 buddy from Wichita made it over. Hopefully the next RTE will be a little cooler.
