Desmo Steve and I performed a quality assurance audit at Roy's today, on our way to the rifle range. (OK, it's not really "on the way," but it's not too far out of the way...) Steve evaluated the ribs, while I checked the pulled pork and polish sausage. Excellent BBQ, and I managed to get through lunch without dripping sauce on my shirt. Ann's looking forward to seeing us on March 31st. Steve and I will probably make at least one more visit before then, just to make sure the fare remains suitable for our visitors. It's the least we can do for all of you...
