It was an awesome time! I think I'm going to try to get back there every year! It was nice to actually meet people both from the IBA and ST-Owners.
My windshield held up great! That Loctite plastic Epoxy is some good stuff! I wasn't even going to replace it right away but Twisted Throttle is giving me a discount on a replacement one, I guess they felt sorry for me.
I even already have the mirror cover fixed (used that same Loctite epoxy) and all I had to order new was a small filler piece that goes between the mirror and the fairing. It was missing too many pieces to fix. It was only $8 shipped from partzilla so, not too bad.

I made it back to NY a couple hrs ago. The trip west went great. The return trip (I did a 100ccc) was a little challenging as I was running a fever and generally feeling like crap. I took more breaks and decided I was not going to survive on trail mix, jerky and slim jims. I had enough time to get some better grub. Still made it back to Jax with 7hrs to spare.
Did you know the Arizona state troopers ride ST1300's? I found out the hard way. He was a nice guy and was really interested on how I could ride a bike with a car tire on it. No tickets, just 15 minues off the clock while we bs'd. And no, I did not mention that I had to be back in Jax the next day. LOL
You definitely jumped in the IBA with both feet! Lets see, you went from a non member to battlefield 1000, ccc100, ss5000 what else?!? Lol! Glad your home safe, and congrats on your accomplishments!

Thanks Don!! Oh yeah, throw a BBG in there too.
That's probably it for me for quite a while. The only other certified ride that catches my eye would be a 48-10. And that aint happening anytime soon.
Glad to hear you have a new windscreen coming, she'll be good as new soon.
