Darien or BMW Comfort Shell

So I sold all my gear twelve years ago and now need to replace it.

ive come across a used 'stich Darien jacket with armour but for $100 plus tax more I could have a new BMW Comfort Shell jacket.

the Darien is a little big but I found the BMW CS armour awkward. I gather it forms to your body.

anyway, years ago I had the Aerostich stuff and was happy but I've read some really good review in the BMW CS gear too.

BTW the BMW CS is clearance for $350

thoughts?

I have had the cs pants for several years now and woud buy another pair when these wear out if I can find them. they are completely waterproof,breathe well when hot and comfortable.

I have a Darien and would buy another.

Ended up buying the BMW comfortshell. Mostly because it was 60% off loved my Darien but am quite happy with the cs

I have a Darien and two Belstaff Discoverys and the Darien beats them hands down.

Comfort and proper fit is more important than brand/name.
If you aint comfy it affects on your focus on the task of riding.
