My pin was working its way through the bushing on my clutch lever and I think I was slowly losing my clutch, so ...
I replaced my clutch and brake levers with adjustables from a VFR800 (I think) (bought off Ebay) and bought the bushing and pin for the new style of lever. Well, I have a full clutch again. I doubt I'll ever really use the adjustment part, but it's there if I want to. The clutch engages near the end of the lever now instead of right next to the handlebar so it definitely takes less effort and feels better. I really didn't know the pin was worn through the bushing so those with a few miles on your bikes might want to check this.
