Can anybody advise me on where I can buy trim clips for the ST1300 (both sizes) without spending the fortune charged by Bike Bandit, Cheap Cycle Parts, etc.?

Thanks, but their prices appear to be the same or higher than everywhere else. I would think these things could be bought in small bulk quantities at a unit price lower than $3-$4 each for a tiny piece of molded plastic.

Go to Lowes... on the nuts and bolts aisle... Automotive drawers are full of different sizes... packs of three... CHEAP!
If you go to a auto body supply store and get a box of 2617 Push Rivet and 2991 Push Rivet you will have the 2 types that the ST has.

And since Tom mentioned it, I've thought if one were looking to standardize more bits, these "push-button" style trim clips could functionally be replaced by the buttoned style, if the latter are long enough.
The push-buttons are only used in a couple places, although they ARE visible.
Most auto parts stores have them, and Amazon has them, bulk pack for good price

Having intermittent wiring goblins... keeps blowing fuses for the headlight and the horn/stop light.Thanks for the help btw. The manual just refers to trim clips, but i know some are flush mount and others are not.
