Gonna look like new if you give it a spray with some wheel rim cleaner, maybe some gentle brushing and a really good rinse with lots of clean water afterwards.
Ebay is always a good "last resort", takes patience though as many sellers simply suck in placing proper keywords for the search engine... so a wheel-mouse does come very handy ;-)
