HOLY MOLEY! HONDA DIRECT LINE HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST MOTORCYCLE VENDOR ON THE PLANET!!!

They did it a third time!

They sent me the correct ('03-'08) front pads now... but did not include the correct rear pads!

So, I have new pads up front, and pads too long, still, in the rear.

I will spit flame and maybe a cuss word or two at them come Monday. I am so tired of this. I am about to call them and order for a fourth time - and last time. How can they be this terrible! This has taken me three weeks to get 66% of my brake pads replaced. Unacceptable.

Has anyone had any issues with the rear brakes howling when using EBC brake pads ? I want to go back to Honda pads to see if it's the pads or the rotor that causing the noise. The howling is horrendous when they're wet .

I use the EBC HH pads on my 05 ST1300. Great stopping power and long life. I highly recommend them!
+1
Just went back to EBC's on the front of my 2005
EBC Rears stock numbers are FA261 2 HH and the EBC front pads are FA261 1 HH

These are the Chinese Pads that I just took off the front, had great stopping power, but only lasted 11,000 miles.
I got them on eBay from "VGCYCLES".
The brand on the package is "Volar"
The listing on eBay is: "Front & Rear Carbon Kevlar Brake Pads
I paid $17.99 plus free shipping for all 3 sets of pads.
Front & Rear Carbon Kevlar Brake Pads ST

Will I buy the VGCYCLES pads again, yes, they work great, but wear out quick.

On another note, only Honda or EBC's will be the only brand going on the rear brakes.
