Coolant Hoses/Throttle Body

I am planning on replacing the coolant hoses beneath the the throttle body, I have looked at schematics but having never seen the hoses .I am not sure what to order as replacements. Can you help me, I need the part name or numbers for the hoses and your suggestion on the size of constant torque clamps to use. I would like to have these items in hand before I start on the project. Thanks a million !

I recall ordering 17 hoses when I replaced all of mine. I did not replace the OEM clamps. I found that if I snugged them on occasion when doing valve checks I avoided coolant leaks.

These are the part numbers for the two water hoses that attach to the thermostat housing, and the two larger hoses that attach to the radiator, the (2) O-rings that are under the elbows that the smaller hoses attach to also.
I don't have the part numbers for the two longer hoses that go back to the oil filter housing, since I'm on my way out the door to work, perhaps someone else can help with these.
