ABS vs non ABS

I don't think there is but I'm just about to pull the trigger on a 2nd hand exhaust from an ABS bike. My ST1100 is a '96 non-ABS. Is there any difference in the exhaust downpipes?

Also, if you had a choice between a Motad or a Honda OEM 2nd hand exhaust (down pipes and collector only), both in fair condition, which would you go for?

Depends what is being asked for the used exhaust and what condition it is in.......

If it is quite sound with little or no corrosion around the connections to the collector and the rear outlets from the collector to the mufflers, then it may be a better buy in the medium term.

The problem with UK bikes is the Honda mild steel used in the pipes and collector are a bit thin and once corrosion gets a grip their life is limited..... the downpipes should fair a little better.

There should be no difference in the exhausts between the two bikes.
