Completely replaced the fluid, almost certain there's no air in the brake lines (as sure as one can be, without flushing it all out again).

When the adjuster is in position 1 I can, if I try hard enough, get the lever back to the grip. If it's in position 5 I cannot.

I have just flushed and bled the entire system, as per the Honda workshop manual.

oh if u have to really work to get it to touch the grip then its working right, if u just pull and it hits the grip easy then u still have air or something somewhere.
