No, I'm supposed to stay off it as much as possible, ice it and behave myself.
Listen to them. Tendons don't have a lot a blood flow and take a long time to heal. Get the swelling down then gently start rehab. You know the drill.

Get well soon! I go back to the Doc Thursday myself. My knee replacement is getting closer. This getting old is no fun!

I must be having some sympathy pains for ya, Phil! I've had a touch of plantar fasciitis since returning from our UK/France trip.... no fun at all! Heal quickly and fully!!

Hope it doesn't take so long to get back on UP. I know from experience the feeling of not riding. Been almost a year since my accident and can't wait til I get back on the ST!
