Guy,
What kind of range on the highway do you get?? 250 miles??? I'm really tossed between the FJR and the Tenere'..
Last bar goes to flash around 230 miles ( on reserve) and been as far as 260 miles before filling up. Had almost a gallon remaning when I topped off.

Got my ES the other day and I can honestly say that I am much more impressed with it than I expected to be. The smooth throttle response, light handling feel, easy up on the center stand, readable instrument panel, absolutely perfect cruise control, no felt engine heat, surprisingly comfortable seat, easily adjustable suspension and reasonable price make it an excellent choice for me. Looking forward to many fun miles.

Agreed with metalman. I did a run yesterday and have 233 on the odo and it still has not gone flashing. How much further can I go before I am pushing.

Chuck, when Fred and I came back from TexSToc I went to just short of 300. Took 5.6 gallons.

After seven years of Dad riding his FJR and me on the ST, the total range is very close for us. The Gen3 FJR is slightly more efficient than Dad's '07 and I never seemed to have the 7.7 useable gallons Honda claimed. The FJR seems to be able to use almost all of its claimed capacity.
