Need info/tips/links regarding fluids change

I'm at work and don't have the manual or my Clymer book handy... And I have to buy on my way home oil, oil filter, break and clutch fluids... Need brand/model names or links of a websites where I can find these info.
Websites (video preferable) with instructions will be great too!

You could use the "Search" function on ST-Owners.com and get all the information you need. Here is a master list of oil filters for all motorcycles from Calsci.

DOT 4 brake fluid.

Oil... way too many possibilities.

Oil filter:
stock size 2.5 inches long.
Purolator PL14612
Mobil M1-108
Bosch 3300
Wal-Mart SuperTech ST6607

Extra filter capacity, 3.25 inches long.

Purolator PL14610
Mobil 1 M1-110
Bosch 3323, about $6.
WalMart SuperTech ST7317,

Already checked this page and this is a oil filter only.

same as the brake fluid.

Clutch uses DOT 4. I use Valvoline. Other brands abound.
Oil - I use Rotella 5w-40, Many, many choices out there. Do not use "energy conserving."
Filters - Fram 6017 fits, I don't particulary like Fram though, I use Purolator 14612
