Ram ball which one?

I need a new Ram ball that goes between the handle bars which thread do I need? Is this the right one?

1/4-20 female if you did the 12" pc of all thread thru the triple tree mod.
I don't remember your set up, but I spose you could take the existing ball to the hardware store parts drawers and find a thread fit if nobody posts up.

I think its the MCL piece that goes where the OEM plastic cap was.

Steve, I know Kelley's MCL plate was the 3/8-16 one. If you want, show it to me this weekend and I can tell you if its the 3/16-18 or the 1/4-20.

Take it off. Go to the hardware store. Go to the nuts section. Find a nut that fits. Wa-la ther ya go! Now you know the size.

Some of the very early MCL risers had 1/4-20, but they occasionally bent. So he switched to the 3/8-16 version early in the production.

Take it off and try in in a hardware store. Or try to see if it screws into a camera tripod socket - those are 1/4-20.
