HARD System

I purchased a HARD system several years ago and this summer was having trouble with the unit. I emailed legal speeding and they advised me to mail it to them to be tested, which I did. They have never contacted me, I have emailed them with no response. I have called them several times and left messages with no reply. I assume at this point I will never get the unit back. Has anyone ever returned one to the place where they purchased it? As dumb as it sounds I might purchase another unit because I really like the wireless to the helmet. I am just concerned as Legal Speeding has no customer service what happens if the unit fails under warranty? Does anyone know of any other options??
