I wonder if there a bit embarrassed to show them or are they an option for 2015.
IMHO, I like how the panniers look on the ST1300, they look moulded onto the bike. Most other bikes I look at stick out to far and don't look like they are moulded onto the bike.
I think Yamaha may be showing how nice the FJR looks without the bags....my ST always looked butt ugly with them off.....and I think the bags integrate quite well on the collector's RED 2014:D..........ff

They just didn't have pics w/luggage, not sure why but in the features you'll see:

"Subframe-fitted quick-release luggage mounts provide easy use of the standard accessory hard sidecases, which are conveniently matched to the ignition key."

This could be a sign that Yamaha is getting stagnant and giving up ground in the sport-touring market.

I think that Keith Q mentioned that TWO new FJR's were in attendance at TexSToc. Actually I purchased mine Friday and Chuck got his Saturday. I'm VERY pleased with mine.

Well shoot, I just figured it was another new-ish FJR, not another one bought during the event.. lol that's too funny, must have been some real nice deals going on at TexFJOC.
