Helmets Who makes the HD Men?s Visionary 3/4 Helmet?

Does anyone know who makes this helmet for Harley Davidson? A Harley friend of mine has one of these, and it's a really nice-looking helmet (except for the Harley name and logo on it ). If I knew who made it for HD, I might be tempted to look for one. I tried searching the internet for the answer to my question, to no avail.

Nice looking helmet. Normally the H-D logo wouldn't bother me (although I bet it could be removed fairly easily) except for the number of pickup trucks I've seen with the H-D decal in their back window. I always wonder if such a driver actually owns an H-D.

It's made by HJC. For $160 it might be a nice spare. Just break out the heat gun.

Within that review is a mention of a sunshade accessory made specifically for Arai helmets (and other brands also) by a German company. Mine is now on the way from Germany.
