It is typical for the Honda ST1100 manual.

I bought my OEM manual new and had to make the same sort of modifications to make it 'right' in 2001.

Technically no significant/only marginal changes were introduced throughout the "early" models... service guidelines for a '90~'91 non-ABS model do still apply on a '00 non-ABS...
Basic major changes were:
- '92~'94: introduction of the ABS/TCS model (covered in all w/shop manuals issued '92 and forth...)
- from '96 on: introduction of ABS-II/CBS*, and all versions got the 40A alternator (* covered by a thin, 46 pages supplement)
- also the police spec model was covered by a thin, ~30 pages addendum, as engine, drive train, frame and brakes are literally identical with the "civil" models...

I agree with member ST1100Y and estimate that the 1991 manual purchased did not originally cover items related to ABS or TCS or police gear. A standard 1992 ST1100 or Pan does not have those items anyway. But with the added sticker and the extra pages glued on, the manual purchased should even cover ABS and TCS (but not police gear).

The standard models were upgraded in 1995 and 1996, but probably only the charging system changes made then would affect what is in the shop manual. (By the way, the '92 ST1100 here could have the upgraded charging system.)

Two other ST1100 shop manuals available are:
The Haynes (in two versions; either should be useful since there is no ABS. Published in the UK.)
The Clymer (only one version as far as I know. Published in the US.)
