Found a Mystery Part

Do you know where the home for this is?

Found on the floor of the garage where I have been working on my st1300. There is also a Vulcan 1500 in the garage and a variety of tools/equipment have come and gone over the winter so this may not have come from the ST at all.

An IOU for a Jamie (or two) when I meet the lucky winner!

It is a piece that goes between the 1300 tank and frame.
