ABS brake ?

Hey guys, I currently have a 1999 ST1100 without ABS brakes. I have a line on a 1998, with ABS/TC with low miles. Was just curious if the ABS systems on the ST1100 are pretty reliable and if there is anything I need to be aware of.

I have 1 standard and 2 ABSII models. One ABSII is close to 100,000 miles and so far no problems. The other one is approaching 80,000 miles and so far no problems. YEMV. ;-) BTW, you will be amazed how much more stopping power (not the ABS part) you will have with the ABSII models.
