Bike won't start

Hi, I'm motor24 and tried to start my ST 1300 tonight and had no power. Dash does NOT light up but battery is good. Not sure where to look next .checked fuses for engine start & stop and 30 amp fuse on right side ?

How did you confirm battery was good?

Did you have any click buzz whirs when you turned the key on?

Always go with the easiest things first.... check battery ( any headlight ?, fuel pump noise as above? ), check battery cables, try and jump with good car battery.
As to the fuse, it's right on top of battery ..60a I think

+1 on the simple stuff 1st.
Put a meter on the battery note the voltage. Turn the key on note the voltage. If it cranks note the voltage while cranking. Did the clock and trip miles reset?
Do the head lights come on with the key? Any click and fuel pump wrrr when you key on? When you key off do any lights continue to glow dimly?
Note batteries lose capacity with age but they can also die a sudden death.

Clean your battery terminals first, load test the battery with a multimeter. My bet is your battery went south. Keep us posted on your findings.
