I need a new rear wheel for my 2005 ST1300 ABS. New the price here in Canada is a bit over the top. 887.00 plus taxes. This is after they give me a deal? Found a 2010 non ABS Wheel on EBay, even shipped with duty it is a reasonable price. part #s are different between bikes, can any one tell me if the base wheel is the same between ABS and STD? I know some of the stuff , tone wheel, rotor will be different. Why I ask is a fellow at WeSTOC last year had a new tire mounted on a spare wheel and thought it would be easy to just swap out at the event. Not so. All day swapping bits and in the end they gave up and just swapped tires so he could ride. Sorry never did get names. I don't want to ship one in and have the same issue to end up with a useless pile of parts. I have enough of those
