Evening(here anyway)
my stood for over 18months st1100 project is on the road, some of the grey p[astic bits need a bit of brightening up, what can i use? i`m assuming that unless I use a bumper type paint this will flake off or should I use something like amorall?

SEM ColorCoat Flexible Coating # 15303 Graphite is a perfect match and very durable. I've used it on my ST1100s and you cannot tell what's painted new from original - as long as you don't 'overspray' or spray on too heavy.

A product called Wipe New works amazingly well. It's available at Wally World and other auto parts stores for about $15. I did my black plastic 15 months ago still looks like last week.

Aerospace 303. The beST. But if you're painting, Uncle Phil mentioned the right stuff. I always wonder if any paint will stick to a plastic surface that's been treated with a silicone product. N.B.

I use Turtle Wax Black Carnauba Wax. I have used this on several ST's now and am very happy with the results. It does make the Gusto Grey a bit darker, and honestly I prefer it that way.
