I took my wheel off my bike and brought it to Honda of Lake Charles. I usually don't have much good to say about Stealerships, but Shane in service Changed my PR4 for $21. and with the direction of spin correct! He said they don't balance because it's not that critical. So I got it home and put the axel in and set it between two saw horses. and balanced it my self. I would spin the tire, where it stopped, I would put a mark on the top of the tire with a white sharpie. After doing this about 10 times I added some weight to the rim where the most marks were. Repeat, until the marks were spread all around the tire. Balanced at home for nuttin!

I tried this once with an BS 020f for rear of a 1300.... wasn't going to happen. Cut the ties and used the spoons from no-mar. A lot easier.

But will say also tried on a Wee 650, I think it was a Shinko tire and that worked ok
