IBA now accepting ride certifications electronically

This news appears to be a few months old perhaps...but I just stumbled upon it last night when I was over on the Ironbutt forums:

The thread where I discovered this info also mentions a "premier" IBA membership that is available that has a slightly different electronic process for ride certification but I don't find any details of this membership on the IBA webpage anywhere. It appears they are evolving towards being able to submit SPOT tracking or similar files as part of the certification process (but at this time are also still requiring receipts).

Did my ride a few yrs ago w my buddy through a sponsored event, and another one since and neither one of us have gotten our ibr number even after repeated emails.
