Hi all, strange title I know, but I think it could be related to my battery, I have an o2 1300 none ABS, over the last week when I sit on her to start and drive to work or come home I have noticed that the clock on each occasion is showing the wrong time, we me having re set time prior to setting off. Would you think this is an indication that my battery is on the way out. She turns over first time on the button and I have not noticed any other issue.

Thanks Chris

Clock resetting upon starting the engine is a common precursor to replacing the battery but it could be caused by dirty, corroded, or loose battery terminal connections.

It takes quite a bit of sag to make the clock lose its mind. Do the quick check first and test the battery voltage while cranking. If it falls to below 10, the battery's knackered.
