Here it seems to be snowing every 2 or 3 days. Never enough of a pause to clear roads
I am feeling you now! Here it seems to be snowing every 2 or 3 days. Never enough of a pause to clear roads
Wow!............folks still riding daily here........no snow, dry roads and temps in the low 40's. Now some 90mi. straight south of here(Ouray), sure that is a different story and likely a lot of snowmobiles runnin' around on the streets.....and hills.
Well, that didn't last long.........storm front came through today and left some 4-5in. of white stuff. Light snow again this evening falling. Likely be in the teens to mid 20's tomorrow......brrrr!Wow!............folks still riding daily here........no snow, dry roads and temps in the low 40's. You picked the wrong side of the mountains. We're still riding over here on the Wet Side (with heated gear).
Pretty picture though!

No problem at all......My boat is tucked away nice and comfy on it's trailer. Am planning on going south in March though. What are you doing at the end of March sir??If you have a problem with the cold and snow why don't you move south?
The way things are going for NoCal, for March, you'll have to come to SoCal to get out of the :rain1:!No problem at all......My boat is tucked away nice and comfy on it's trailer. Am planning on going south in March though. What are you doing at the end of March sir??

That's what I was thinking too...The way things are going for NoCal, for March, you'll have to come to SoCal to get out of the :rain1:!
Yeah, I would say so, you might want to delay that trip by two or three months! That's what I was thinking too...
The route through UT might still be a little iffy.
Since the first of the year, I've lost about three weeks worth of commuting on the bike! We haven't had rain like this in a long time!I have missed 5 days of riding due to weather. It looks like good roads for tomorrow though.
We had freezing temps back in January. I left out of the garage made it to the stop light just north of the house with no issues and then turned right to head out to I-5 and the bike did a little shimmy on the ice. I called the wife and told her to get the Excursion started and gingerly made my way back to the house. I missed 2 days there.Since the first of the year, I've lost about three weeks worth of commuting on the bike! We haven't had rain like this in a long time!
I usually won't ride in the rain if it looks like it may be heavy, this traffic is just nuts when it comes to rain! 4:
