Brake Away Throttle Lock & Throttle Tamer

Does anyone run the Brake Away Throttle Lock with a G2 Throttle Tamer ?

Reason I am asking is I had my shop install the Throttle Tamer, they had to remove the Brake Away Throttle Lock
to do so. When I picked my bike up from the shop road it home and noticed the Brake Away had not been reinstalled.

I called and talked to the Admin. person at the shop and she said she was told by the mechanic that the Brake Away
would not work with the Throttle Tamer ? I do have BMW grips which originally made it a bit hard to get the Brake
Away installed but that shouldn;t have been an insurmountable issue. And I'm not sure what would be different about
the G2 Throttle Tamer that would make it incompatible with the Brake Away ?

So anyone using this combo or heard anything about the combo ?

I don't have the combo, just the tamer. The G2 is pretty much the same things as the Honda tube but metal instead of plastic and eccentric on the cable end. Should have no bearing on the lock.
