I have heard that the SMC starts to not release the rear brake, my SMC will not bleed at all, no fluid will come out with a vacuum bleeder when the front left caliper tippped per the shop manual. Rear brake works fine. Is this mean my SMC is frozen?

You need to bleed the system in proper sequence. if you PM me a contact number, I will call you tomorrow and explain in detail if you'd like.

The circuits from the rear reservoir through the proportioning control valve, delay valve, and the proportion control valve are very long and need help from the rear brake pedal. It's normal a hand-operated vacuum pump cannot pull enough vacuum to drain adequately.

The answer is to set up the vacuum pump if you choose to use it then pump the brake pedal to flush and bleed the circuit. Re the shop manual ........I have a much easier to use flush and bleed tutorial step by step with pics I will send to an email address. (can't attach files to PMs). As Larry said it's important to follow the correct sequence of circuits.

This is a great step by step, I used a mightyvac but it doesn't matter what tool you use, you can do a great job regardless. You can even just use a hose, the old fashion way:
