Hi everyone, I thought I would try to contribute something. I just finished added some reflective stickers to my Pan and thought that scaled templates may be useful for some people on here who want a neat looking finish but can't hand draw or use CAD.
I have attached a .pdf scaled and ready for printing on A4, I also have a .dwg (AutoCAD file) if you want to alter the design yourself but due to the size restrictions on uploads on the forum if you want those you'll have to PM me and I can email them to you.
All that you need to do is print the .pdf on ISO A4 paper and cut; to do both panniers simply turn the paper template over and cut again!
Please excuse the terrible photography/utter mess:
I have also added a 10mm black to white retro-reflective strip down the sides of the panniers to improve side visibility. This is visible in the one of the dark photos but not included in the template as it is just a 10mm strip.
