Other uses for unused passenger foot peg locations?

I seldom if ever wil have a passenger on my ST1300. My wife does not care to ride these days. I am considering passenger foot peg removals. I am interested in other uses riders have found for the mounting locations. Anyone other riders here do something else with those locations that you can share?

I have a bracket mounted on one foot peg that holds a two quart water jug. Can't post a pic now.
