Seeking "help" and "how to" remove the GoPro "base", without damaging or blemishing the helmet - picture attached.

If you heat it up too much, it may have an effect on the finish of the helmet and the decals. You might try the cold approach, which is to cut the adhesive using dental floss or fishing line, rolling off as much as you can with a finger and attacking the rest with Goo Gone.

Or..the old standby....use WD-40. It dissolves most stick-um without harming most substrates.
