Factory Pro Carb Kit

Have exhumed my 01 ST after a 2 year sit in garage due to illness. After ripping off the airbox box and intake tubes, have managed to get it running, but not without difficulty. Sprayed carb cleaner, sea foamed the fuel tank and intakes. That got it to run without the choke full on. Hopefully, will get a shot today at tweaking the pilots and synchroing. Only idles above 1500 right now.

While it's open, seems like it would be a great time to throw in a carb needle jet kit. Anybody out there have experience with the Factory Pro CRB-H27-1.0 KIT?

Pulled the carbs. Chocolate inside. GAWD.

No wonder it wouldn't idle or throttle up. Poor baby needed some TLC.

Yep, that's a full-dresser...
Another reason its hard to find a good mech for those rigs, most simply collapse when eye-balling the amount of faring to be removed for access ;-)
But once you're used to it (and build the infrastructure in the shed to hang the plastic up on the wall/ceiling and out the way), the thing is stripped down in <15 minutes...
