Going with this Honda color for the 2016-2017 Honda Civic. Energy Green.

Hoping to have it all done and back together soon.

Plan is to have the wheels done in the green also. I just can't take them in to the painters till after my tech event tomorrow.

And going with blue for the lettering and wings

Your STeed is going to be quite an eye-catcher! I think it will look awesome! AND it won't be hard to find at a STOC event!

Now that's funny, right there. :rofl1:

GreenZR, for those of us who might also consider such an endeavor, may I ask what it cost to have those painted?
Is the shop doing the prep and the paint?
Unwritten estimate was $1,500 to 2,000. But I want the wheels painted also. So I'm expecting closer to 2K.

It's my early retirement bonus.

Yellow, matte gold, red, or white wheels. Seriously, you must have contrasting rims. Exception: a Sparkling Silver Metallic ST, although I've considered powder coating them red if I ever needed to.

IMHO, Honda's Wineberry color is the best color ever on a bike. To me, turning that into Kermit the Frog is sacrilege :hyp1: but to each his own.

You will have a unique bike, it will easy to find at a ST gathering. Hope it turns out like you want.

You know... I've got to agree with you here... I've always wanted a pair of Hi-Vis Yellow wheels on something.
Had the factory White wheels on my CBR1000 years ago... loved them.

It's a great color but it's a little sun-sensitive for my taste. So I chose a 2010 in beautiful Black over a 2009 in Wineberry. If I had the resources though it would be White. Police White or Arctic White I'm not sure. Either would do.

I agree to the end that it's Kawashock Green and not an Official Honda color. But the ST needs some bright colors to show off the lines. I have no fashion sense so I'd need some kind of Complimentary Color wheel/chart but I think a bright yellow would look great on the rims. Not hi-viz green-yellow but real yellow somewhere between banana yellow and a '67 Chevy Malibu. (Coupe I'm generally not a ragtop man.)
