ST1300 fluid coolant - how to change?

Hi fellows,
would someone please tell me how to change the coolant fluid in my ST1300, and what are the steps. Also do I need to bleed the air?

What is the coolant capacity.

2.81 US quarts in the engine and radiator with .9 quart in the reserve tank.

Silicate free! Don't forget that part or you'll be changing a waterpump seal sooner then you want.
