Will standard ST1300 instrument panel work in ST1300 with ABS?

I bought a new instrument panel on Ebay to replace mine as the fuel display on mine is missing LEDs. Now I just realized I bought a regular ST1300 instrument panel and need an ABS panel. When I take apart the dash, can I just swap the part that shows the ABS light?
If so, is there any trick or something you think would help me?

I checked into that very thing when I was thinking about making my 05 into ABS. The only difference in the instrument panels are the small cover that blocks the ABS light. Just swap the little panel. The ABS light will only work when the panel is plugged into the ABS main harness.
