Going on a diet and loosing a lot of weight does the same thing. That said, I think my ST has enough power! ;)

My carbureted ST1100 gets happier as the temp drops from summer into fall here in TX. She's much more lively at 60? than 100?!

How long until someone turns up on this thread with a turbocharger.
:guages1:
I thought about it, not impossible, but would require a large investment of cash, which I don't have. Even toyed with a supercharger idea, but that would require some serious cust om sheetmetal. Nitrous would be easier, nitrous on a FI engine is pretty easy. My old V65 Magna was plumbed for nitrous, required using 2 different angle nozzles, drilled and tapped into the intake ports after the carbs, and aimed directly at the double intake valves. You could use a fogger system with FI, but it can lead to throttle body issues, a fogger system on the V65 Magna would have resulted in destruction of some pretty expensive carb parts, those rubber diagphrams don't like the very cold nitrous.
